Have you ever gotten deep into someone’s heart & understood them less?

It's a question that fuels me every day. Being human is a multidimensional experience, encompassing profound wisdom, contradictions, and a wealth of life experiences. I'm intrigued by this complexity and committed to supporting individuals in exploring and grasping the subtleties that make them unique. My passion for this stems from my own journey of engaging with my internal complexities.

I encourage individuals to engage in conversation with various aspects of themselves, including their physical bodies, breath, nervous system, heart, cycles, rhythms, intuition, creativity, mind, strengths, skills, and service. By delving deep into the core of who we are, we can participate in our liberation and healing.

My primary areas of interest and expertise are at the intersection of the arts, trauma-informed mindfulness, meditation, social-emotional learning, and somatics. I believe working with the languages of the arts, the breath, and the body, in community, has the power to bring us back to home to ourselves, each other, and the land.

I offer both virtual and in-person private sessions and group experiences. I founded Sovereign Creative Wellness LLC, where I am currently facilitating social-emotional arts, nervous system, and mindfulness workshops in partnership with Pittsburgh-based organizations. Additionally, I build curricula and deliver programs with Awaken Pittsburgh, a mindfulness non-profit, delivering meditation and mindfulness programming.

My training includes..

BFA in Musical Theater from Point Park University

Meditation Certification from Sarvaguna Yoga Institute in Dharamshala, India

Social Emotional Arts Certification from UCLA's Arts & Healing School

Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification through The Embody Lab

Integrative Community Therapy Certification through Visible Hands Collective,

based on the model created by Adalberto Barreto.

I have completed many hours of training in anti-violence in education, ethics, somatic practice, polyvagal theory, non-violent communication, nervous system resilience, and spiritual development.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, dancing to live music, telling stories, singing, drinking tea, and spending intentional time in nature.

I am grateful to be here and welcome collaborations.
